Frequently asked questions
Where does the tender data come from?
The assistant queries TED, the EU database for public procurement above EU thresholds. Additional German procurement platforms can be connected for national tenders. See the setup guide.
What makes the assistant tailored to my company?
The AI researches your company and turns the findings into industry filters, typical buyer profiles and eligibility requirements. Your company profile is stored as a file and used in subsequent evaluations.
Is it really free?
Yes. We ask for your email address for follow-up tips, but the download is available immediately. You need Claude installed on your computer.
Do I need programming skills?
No. Download and unpack the folder, open it in Claude and enter a prompt. The assistant contains the research workflow; you do not need to configure filters, look up classification codes or run scripts manually.
Do I need to approve every step?
The included .claude/settings.json preconfigures permissions for routine TED requests, supported procurement websites and file operations within the workspace. Claude may still ask about operations outside that configuration. The setup guide explains the details.
How long does it take?
About two minutes to enter your website, generate the assistant and download it. After setup, a single prompt starts each search.
Can I customize the assistant?
Yes. Refine the company profile, add your own CVs and references, or adjust the search parameters. The workspace is editable; our setup guide explains its structure.
